Gram Vikas Sikshikas The 'Gram Vikas Sikshikas' (GVS) have taken up commendable and transformative step in the rural areas. Each GVS is responsible for 5 villages, 5 days a week. They provide hands on training to the women to make chemical-free face wash, mask, etc. This training is a powerful step towards self-reliance. They conduct evening Gram Baithaks to discuss plantation, organic farming, and community practices. They maintain Pragati Patra (progress reports) to monitor adoption of sustainable practices. This initiative of Gram Samriddhi is lighting a new lamp of self-confidence, self-reliance and respect among the village women. Full-Time Trainers Full-time trainers (FTT) act as the backbone of our programs. They conduct Gram Baithaks (village meetings) with farmers and guide them through practical demonstrations and theory sessions. They also ensure that the trained farmers follow an organic progress checklist and track the results achieved. The FTTs supervise the work of Gram Vikas Sikshikas (GVS) to ensure consistency. 1 FTT is responsible for 8 GVS. Growth Target 2025-26: 9 Clusters 2026-27: 15 Clusters 2027-28: 20 Clusters
